Refund Policy

Pre-activation refunds

You may request a full refund of an evaluation purchase within 24 hours of purchase, as long as you have not placed any trades on the evaluation account. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Post-activation refunds

Once you place your first trade on an evaluation account, the evaluation fee is non-refundable, except as required by law. The evaluation product is a training-and- software-access purchase that is consumed by activation; the simulated trading experience and the rule-engine evaluation cannot be unwound after activation.

Reset purchases

Reset purchases (paid resets after a breach) are non-refundable. The first reset on each evaluation is free; additional resets are at a published discount.

Platform-error reversals

If a platform outage, data feed error, or rule-engine bug on our side caused a breach that would not have occurred under normal operation, we will reverse the breach on a best-effort basis. We rely on the audit trail to determine whether a reversal is warranted. Reversal decisions are at our discretion; we publish the reasoning in the dispute resolution.

Chargebacks

We monitor chargebacks and reserve the right to terminate accounts associated with chargebacks. If you have a billing dispute, please contact billing@predictfundr.com first. We are responsive and prefer to resolve disputes directly. Chargebacks pursued without first contacting us may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending prize money.

How to request a refund

Email billing@predictfundr.com with your account email, evaluation ID, and reason for the refund request. We respond within 24 hours and resolve within 5–10 business days.
